Too tired this morning to get up for a sunrise swim, Ali and I decided to swim in the evening... I felt great starting out but ran out of steam about half way through :-/ Despite the dip in energy, however, I kept going and was able to do 88 lengths in an hour which is the most I have done to date :-)
Here are my lap times:

Here's a chart showing how my lap times compared:
Here's what my heart rate was doing:
I ran 5 miles with an elevation gain of 728 feet in 42 minutes, which is an average moving pace of 8:32. View my GPS data.
Here are my lap times... Check out the 6:44 min/mile at the end!

Here are my results

When I signed up I said I would finish between 1:15 and 1:30 so I’ve got to shave a couple of minutes off my time or else I’ll be a liar ;-) Also, it looks like the bike and run courses are a bit shorter than advertised :-) I checked the maps and we did the same course we will be doing on race day. Also, 12+ minutes for my swim/bike transition is a bit long What’s a reasonable target?
Energywise, I finished the race feeling something like a recovery workout Perhaps I should have pushed harder ;-) What are reasonable HR targets for each leg?
MotionBased maps and other stats are at the following 3 links: Swim, Bike, Run.
Here’s what my HR looked like for the whole race along with speed and cadence for the bike portion (Polar does not have a GPS so it there is no speed/distance for running and swimming :-/)
